JOB ROLE
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure a professional and pleasant front-desk experience.
- Manage and schedule company meetings, interviews, and assist with internal communication.
- Answer and direct incoming call in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as document handling, filing, and correspondence.
- Support office management functions including supplies procurement, logistics coordination, and staff support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English and Sinhala (both written and spoken).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone and in-person manner.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented personality.
- Positive work attitude with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Previous experience in receptionist or HR administrative roles will be an added advantage.
- Preferred age between 23 and 35 years.
